Please ensure that food items containing oil or liquids are securely packaged to prevent leaks. We are not liable for damage to fragile or breakable items during transit. What compensation do you offer for lost items? In the unfortunate event of loss during transit, we provide compensation at a rate of 20,000 MMK per kilogram, in addition to shipping costs. Are there any prohibited items? Yes, the following items are prohibited: Meat Products, Seeds, fresh fruits and vegetables, strongly scented foods, and perishable food items Alcohol, illegal drugs, cigarettes, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, e-hookahs, vape pens, and any medicines Cash, gold, jewellery, high-value items, genuine or synthetic gemstones, and antiques Weapons and items prohibited by law SIM cards, bank cards, items containing batteries, perfumes, nail polish, counterfeit branded items, and items containing gas It is strictly prohibited to ship items that are restricted or banned by law or customs regulations. If you are found to have sent prohibited items, you will be charged £300, and the items will be confiscated and destroyed by customs. No compensation will be provided for the loss of such items.
